100 Mindful Breaths for the World


Want to join my friend Dobek in taking 100 mindful breaths each day? He made a commitment to do this to help ease the anxiety of the world. He's tracking a world-wide effort and will keep track of the global count.


Breathing is always an important practice, but in the time of Covid, it's a poignant reminder to appreciate what we have--and could so easily forget to appreciate.
